Tenancy application for rosemont for the forthcoming academic year is open as per Rosemont rules and regulations. The contract term is from 21st September 2009 to 21st June 2010 (39 weeks). The deadline for the application is 30th June 2009. The tenants will be selected within 7 days from the date of deadline.

The warden will be selected from all interested applicants through an interview process by 15th July 2009. (Interested applicants must fill in the appropriate section on the Rosemont application form). The Warden is entitled to a monetary allowance equal to the lesser of the cost of a monthly travel card for London Underground zones 1-4 or £85.
