20th February 2009 (Friday) - Members arrival
1900 Arrival of members - Introduction and ice break!
2030 Bowling at hollywood bowl
2200 Light dinner followed by Indoor games - billiards, ishaaraaiy, dart, beat abbu at carrom, cards and many more...

21st February 2009 (Saturday)
1000 Breakfast
1100 EGM competitions begin, football, cricket, goani race, lunboa race, dogdeball and more!
*members will be divided into teams and winning team from all the competitions will get a prize!
1430 Lunch
1530 London Sightseeing plus Dare day!
1830 Deadline for Dareday activities, winners will be awarded.
2000 Meeting plus Election of members for CC
2130 Dinner
2200 Talent show

22nd February 2009 (Sunday)
1000 Breakfast
1100 Indoor games plus cooking for lunch (everyone)
1400 BBQ Lunch
1500 EGM ends

*Please make sure you bring sleeping bags, trainers and other necessary items.
